Welcome & hospitality
These teams help guests feel seen, find their way, and experience the kind of hospitality that makes a new place feel less unfamiliar.
Be one of the first friendly faces new guests meet. Greeters help people feel welcomed, connected, and pointed in the right direction.
Continue the welcome inside the service by helping guests find seats and helping maintain order throughout the gathering.
Help visitors feel welcomed by serving treats and helping create an easy place for people to connect.
Care & support
Some of the most important ministry happens through consistency, safety, preparation, and helping people know they are cared for.
Use your compassion and testimony to help children experience the love of Christ through Victory's kids ministry.
The current interest form asks about Victory membership and willingness to complete a background check.
Help create a safe, clean, loving environment where little ones are cared for and parents can participate with confidence.
Help maintain a safe, orderly environment so families and guests can focus on worship, community, and the service.

Worship & media
If music, sound, cameras, or visuals are where you come alive, these teams help create and support the Sunday experience.

Outreach & missions
These teams help Victory reach people outside a normal church service—from our community in East County to mission fields farther away.
Help people—from kids to older adults—get to church through Victory's bus ministry.
Share the love of Christ with the community through soul winning and follow-up. Current outreach times are Wednesdays at 10 AM and the first Saturday of each month at 10 AM.
Serve with the team that travels to support missionaries and church planters in different mission fields.

Most Dream Team links open a Victory Church Center interest form. The music team uses a separate audition form. Some serving areas also ask about membership or other qualifications.
